- •national, in the preclinical care (rescue service, disaster and civil defense) active / interested physicians, rescue service staff, disaster and civil defense volunteers
- •Qualification of medical participants: valid license to practice medicine
- •Qualification of non-medical helpers: at least 48 hours disaster training course
排除标准
- •-Study exclusion primary endpoint:
- •o if physician is absent and no substitute is available, an instructor assumes the role of physician
- •o in case of absence of at least two non-physician helpers and no substitute available, an instructor takes over the role of a helper
- •? the evaluation of these groups is performed in the context of an observational study; only the secondary endpoint D) is considered.
- •- Study exclusion secondary endpoint:
- •o No application of chest strap according to manufacturer recommendations:
- •- Implanted pacemaker (SM)
- •- Implanted defibrillator (ICD)
- •- Hypersensitive skin
