入选标准
- •Children of both genders ASA I-II between 2- 12 years of age, scheduled for elective infraumblical surgical procedures- genitourinary, limb surgeries and whose parents consent for the study will be included.
排除标准
- •Parent Unwillingness.
- •Weight >30 Kgs.
- •History of allergy to local anaesthetics.
- •History of bleeding diathesis.
- •Preexisting neurological condition or spinal disease or deformity.
- •Cardiovascular, respiratory, hepatic, renal or any other systemic disease.
- •Localised skin infection at the site of caudal blockade.
