Inclusion Criteria
- •1 Patients presenting with fistula in ano.
- •2 Patients willing to undergo trial.
- •3 Patients with uncontrolled diabetes mellitus
Exclusion Criteria
- •1 Patient not willing to undergo trial.
- •2 Patient unfit for anorectal surgery.
- •3 ICTC \& HBsAg positive patients.
- •4 Patients having any history of maliganancy, hypertension ,tuberculosis etc
