入选标准
- •1. Patient with sino-nasal skull base tumor with biopsy prooved
- •2. Undergone endoscopic surgery at Ramathibodi hospital
- •3.Age 18-55 years
- •4. patient has been inform about the study protocol and give consent.
排除标准
- •1. Active sinus infection before surgery
- •2. Cannot follow up for 6 month
- •3. Cannot regularly use the studied medication
- •4. Has been surgery at sino-nasal prior to current surgery
- •5 Chronic sinusitis or other disease that affect to wound healing such as DM, Chronic kidney disease, Cancer that received chemotherapy, current steroid user
- •6. Patient deny to consent
