Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients 60 years or older (age groups 60\+, 70\+ and 80\+)
- •Diagnosed cancer
- •outpatient treatment in radiotherapy
Exclusion Criteria
- •severe dementia; acute psychiatric illness e.g. psychosis; insufficient knowledge of German, which precludes understanding the exercise instructions or completing the questionnaires; medical contraindications for physical activity such as bone metastases at risk of fracture; life expectancy less than 6 months (high palliative); diagnosed severe heart failure NYHA\- stage IV
