Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Primi gravida with gestational age 36 \- 42 weeks
- •2\.Primi gravida only with spontaneous labor.
- •3\.Primi gravida with foetus in normal presentation (Vertex)
- •4\.Primi gravida with single foetus.
- •5\.Primi gravida with 4 cm cervical dilatation.
- •6\.Primi gravida with female birth companion who will be attending training session.
Exclusion Criteria
- •i.Primi parturient with any chronic disease (DM, HTN) or has been developed in pregnancy.
- •ii.Primi parturient with any other complication to her or to her baby
- •iii.Primi parturient who develops complications at the time of delivery
- •iv.Primi parturient with epidural analgesia.
