ASA physical status 1 to 3
Exclusion Criteria
1.Contraindication or a history of hypersensitivity to ONDANSETRON
2.Obstretric surgeries
3.Uncontrolled hypertension
4.Localized infection at the puncture site and patients with coagulopathies.

Name Time Method To compare the incidence of hypotension (fall in mean arterial pressure more than 20% in the baseline values) between test and control groups.Timepoint: Immediately after spinal, at 5 min, 10 min, 15 min,30 min and every 30 min till end of surgery
