Nurses: professionals who provided direct support to patients, who did not have training in coaching or who had not previously undergone a coaching process and with three months of experience in the institution.
Nursing technicians: professionals under the supervision of the nurses who received the intervention, and who had three months of experience in the institution.
Nurses: participants who did not attend two intervention sessions or who did not respond to the instruments in the last stage of this phase of the study.
Nursing technicians: participants who initially agreed to participate, but who, for any reason, withdrew from the research and did not respond to the instruments, in the last stage of this phase of the study.
