Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.All OPD and IPD patients with nail psoriasis above the age of 18yrs.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.patients on systemic therapy for psoriasis
- •2\.patients having pacemaker, metal orthopedic implants ,cardiac arrhythmias, hypersensitivity to methotrexate and tazarotene
- •3\.pregnancy and lactating females.
- •4\.patients with hematological or hepatic disorders.
