Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.All OPD and IPD patients with nail psoriasis above the age of 18yrs.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.patients on systemic therapy for psoriasis
  • •2\.patients having pacemaker, metal orthopedic implants ,cardiac arrhythmias, hypersensitivity to methotrexate and tazarotene
  • •3\.pregnancy and lactating females.
  • •4\.patients with hematological or hepatic disorders.
