Inclusion Criteria
Severe traumatic patients with Injury severity score (ISS) greater than or equal to 15 and age greater than or equal to 18 years old who was admitted to Thammasat university hospital surgical intensive care unit (ICU) between April 2020 to July 2022 and August 2022 to February 2023.
Exclusion Criteria
Referrals of traumatic patients from other hospital, with time duration from trauma to Thammasat university hospital more than 24 hours.
