Inclusion Criteria
- •Suffering a major depressive disorder and/or anxiety disorder (except a specific phobia)
- •Waiting on a waitinglist of PsyQ
- •Age between 18 and 67
- •Speaking fluently Dutch
- •First episode op depression or therapy for anxiety
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- Suffering a bipolar disorder
- •\- Suffering exclusively a specific phobia
- •\- Suffering from psychotic complaints
- •\- Drugs or alcohol dependence
