- •Adult subjects with age 40 and above
- •Gender: Both males and females
- •Diagnosis: POAG, PACG, PXFG
- •Undergoing Trabeculectomy+ MMC alone or combined with Phacoemulsification+ IOL
- •Fornix based conjunctival flap with triangular scleral flap with one apical suture
排除标准
- •Age <40 years,
- •Secondary Glaucoma
- •Sensitivity to tetracycline
- •Unwillingness to participate
- •Undergoing repeat trabeculectomy
- •Limbal-based trabeculectomy
