1. All patients undergoing Planned Total Joint Replacement Surgery between 50 years to 70 years of age.

2. All patients who voluntarily give written consent will be included.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Non-Willing to participate

2. Patient suffering from Neurological disorders or under Psychiatrist Treatment

To find out the level of overall physical recovery and well being of patients with joint replacement surgery. <br/ ><br>4.To estimate the impact of mental health on overall well being and physical recovery of patients with joint replacement. <br/ ><br>5.To estimate the effect of distress on physical recovery of patients with joint replacement. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: Baseline, 6 weeks and 12 weeks
