Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Age of 18 or older
- •\- Internet \& Email access
- •\- moderate depressive symptoms (measured by the GAD, German Version, Cutoff \> 22\)
- •\- currently on sick leave (more than 1 week, less than six month)
- •\- Back Pain Diagnosis within the last 12 month (M54 in International Classification of Diseases, German Version by
- •\- sufficient knowledge of German language, Computer and Internetability
- •\- Willing to give informed consent and to fill out questionnaires
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- Acute suicidal ideation or suicidal attemps in the past (measured with the structured clinical interview for DSM (SKID))
- •\- current or past psychotic disorder (filtered by BARMER)
- •\- current care level required (level 3\)
- •\- current other measurement for depression treatment (e.g. psychotherapy, other clinical study on depression)
