Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
Whether the left-sided double lumen tube is in the optimal position (the bronchial cuff is 5-10 mm below the carina)
Secondary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
The depth of tube insertion after left-sided double lumen tube intubation; The depth of the tube insertion at the optimal position;Intubation time: from the time the video laryngoscope enters the mouth until end-tidal CO2 appears on the ventilator;Confirmation time of optimal positioning of the tube using bronchoscope: from the time the bronchoscope enters the tube until the tube insertion depth is confirmed;Whether there is trachea or bronchial injury: erosion, petechiae, hemorrhage, etc.;Failure of intubation: if the endobronchial lumen cannot enter the left main bronchus after 3 attempts;Whether the tube is optimally positioned after surgical positioning;Sore throat or hoarseness
