Inclusion Criteria
American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status grade I or II adults
Age 18 to 65 years
Scheduled for elective surgery under general anaesthesia with tracheal intubation
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients who require awake fibreoptic-guided tracheal intubation
2.Patients requiring rapid sequence intubation or at risk of aspiration
3.Pregnancy
