- •Older adults age range 60-80yrs of Age
- •Both genders
- •MMSE score more than 24
- •Low Scores on Modified Falls Efficacy Scale less than 50% Confidence score
- •Able to move independently with or without walking aids.
- •o Willing to participate in the study
排除标准
- •Recent Neurological or musculoskeletal injuries affecting mobility & Balance
- •Recent surgeries of lower limb
- •Any visual/auditory defects/surgeries/ vestibular disorders
- •Medically unstable individuals
