Inclusion Criteria

Older adults age range 60-80yrs of Age

Both genders

MMSE score more than 24

Low Scores on Modified Falls Efficacy Scale less than 50% Confidence score

Able to move independently with or without walking aids.

o Willing to participate in the study

Exclusion Criteria

Recent Neurological or musculoskeletal injuries affecting mobility & Balance

Recent surgeries of lower limb

Any visual/auditory defects/surgeries/ vestibular disorders

Medically unstable individuals

Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
BalanceTimepoint: Timed up and go Test will be used to measure balance as the Primary outcome. Timed up and go test score will be measured at the Beginning of the study as a pre-score and at the end of 4weeks interventions as post-score.
Secondary Outcome Measures

GaitTimepoint: Dynamic Gait Index will be used to measure Gait. Dynamic Gait Index Score will be measured at the Beginning of the intervention & at the end of 4weeks interventions.
