Women between the ages of 18 and 65 years old Dec.

Exclusion Criteria

Not knowing Turkish.
Having a hearing or speech impediment.

Primary Outcome Measures

These results show that the training conducted in the sub-dimension of disaster relief increased the preparedness levels of women in the experimental group against disasters and provided a higher awareness and preparedness compared to the control group. Timepoint: 4 after 4 weeks. Method of measurement: Awareness-based disaster training for the experimental group, nutrition training was given to the control group. (pre-test final test).
