入选标准
- •Patients under 15 years at the time of diagnosis and surgical treatment;
- •diagnosis of HD previously established by histopathological analysis of rectal biopsies and confirmed by histopathological analysis of surgical specimens; minimum time of 5 years after surgical treatment; agreement to participate in the study and signing the consent and consent terms.
排除标准
- •Aganglionosis region extending beyond the sigmoid colon (long forms of HD);
- •associated diagnosis of other intestinal dysganglionoses, besides HD and DNI-B, in the histopathological analysis of surgical specimens; patients who had perioperative complications, which could potentially influence long-term functional bowel outcomes.
