The study aims to assess the impact of online food delivery (OFD) apps on the food choices, dietary patterns and nutritional status of young adults (20-30 yrs).
The objectives of the study are:
-To determine the frequency and types of food ordered through OFD apps among young adults.
-To assess the dietary habits and calorie density of foods ordered using OFD.
-To analyse food choices and food consumed by sample using a food frequency questionnaire.
-To analyse OFD app on other lifestyle parameters.

- •Participants aged between 20 to 30 years -Regular users of online food delivery apps (at least thrice a week on food delivery apps).
- •Participants willing to be a part of the study.
排除标准
- •Participants aged less than 20 years and more than 30 years -Non-users of online food delivery apps -Pregnant women -Those who are critically ill patients.
