1.age > 40 yr .
2.Diagnosis as COPD according to GOLD.
3.Stable for included in exercise training program.
3.1 Copmpliance with the program.
3.2 Sufficient of cardiovascular reserve.
3.2.1 resting heart rate < 50 % of predicted of maximal heart rate.
3.2.2 Variation of blood pressure < 20 %.
3.2.3 Normal EKG.
3.3 Sufficient respiratory reserve.
3.3.1 Oxygen saturation> 90%
44.1 Heamoglobin > 7 g/dl
4.2 Platelet > 20,000 cell/cubic millimeter
4.3 WBC: 4,300 - 10,800 cell/cubic millimeter
4.4 Body temperature < 38 delcius
4.5 Fasting blood sugar 3.5 – 20 mmol/L
1. Asthma.
2. No spirometry report.
3. Any neuromuscular disease cause limited exercise training.
4. No deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism.
