Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.age \> 40 yr .
  • •2\.Diagnosis as COPD according to GOLD.
  • •3\.Stable for included in exercise training program.
  • •3\.1 Copmpliance with the program.
  • •3\.2 Sufficient of cardiovascular reserve.
  • •3\.2\.1 resting heart rate \< 50 % of predicted of maximal heart rate.
  • •3\.2\.2 Variation of blood pressure \< 20 %.
  • •3\.2\.3 Normal EKG.
  • •3\.3 Sufficient respiratory reserve.
  • •3\.3\.1 Oxygen saturation\> 90%

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Asthma.
  • •2\. No spirometry report.
  • •3\. Any neuromuscular disease cause limited exercise training.
  • •4\. No deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism.
