Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.age \> 40 yr .
- •2\.Diagnosis as COPD according to GOLD.
- •3\.Stable for included in exercise training program.
- •3\.1 Copmpliance with the program.
- •3\.2 Sufficient of cardiovascular reserve.
- •3\.2\.1 resting heart rate \< 50 % of predicted of maximal heart rate.
- •3\.2\.2 Variation of blood pressure \< 20 %.
- •3\.2\.3 Normal EKG.
- •3\.3 Sufficient respiratory reserve.
- •3\.3\.1 Oxygen saturation\> 90%
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Asthma.
- •2\. No spirometry report.
- •3\. Any neuromuscular disease cause limited exercise training.
- •4\. No deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism.
