Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients having simple partial type of epilepsy.
- •2\.Patients having a seizure history of more than 3 months and less than 5 years.
- •3\.Patients having baseline measures of (7 ± 3\) in HADS â?? A, (6 ± 3\) in HADS â?? D and (53 ± 13\) in QOLIE\-31 scales.
- •4\.Age limit between 20\-50 years.
- •5\.Patients who have not been exercising in the past 3 months.
- •6\.Patients who are on regular medications.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients with physical disabilities that hinder treatment related activities.
- •2\.Patients with progressive neurological or systemic disorder.
- •3\.Patients with linguistic (English) difficulty, cognitive disability and those who are not willing to be a part of the study.
- •4\.Patients with a history of significant cardiovascular, pulmonary, orthopedic, or endocrinologic disease.
