1.Patients having simple partial type of epilepsy.
2.Patients having a seizure history of more than 3 months and less than 5 years.
3.Patients having baseline measures of (7 ± 3) in HADS â?? A, (6 ± 3) in HADS â?? D and (53 ± 13) in QOLIE-31 scales.
4.Age limit between 20-50 years.
5.Patients who have not been exercising in the past 3 months.
6.Patients who are on regular medications.
1.Patients with physical disabilities that hinder treatment related activities.
2.Patients with progressive neurological or systemic disorder.
3.Patients with linguistic (English) difficulty, cognitive disability and those who are not willing to be a part of the study.
4.Patients with a history of significant cardiovascular, pulmonary, orthopedic, or endocrinologic disease.
