入排标准
入选标准
- •1) Consenting patients >18 yrs of age
- •2) ASA I or II
- •3) Patients posted for orthopaedic surgeries like trauma, replacement, hip-replacement etc
排除标准
- •1) Patients with known psychiatric illness or patients on antipsychotic medication
- •2) Allergy/intolerance to duloxetine
- •3) Patients on SSRIs, SNRIs, MAO inhibitors or recent use of MAO inhibitors ( <14 days), linezolid or if planned to be used in the post-operative period, methylene blue, triptans
- •4) Hypertensives on medication
- •5) Patients on anticoagulant therapy
- •6) Narrow angle glaucoma
