Inclusion Criteria
- Manifest arsenic skin lesions (melanosis, leucomelanosis, or keratosis)
- Aged 25 to 65 years
- Permanent resident of study area
Exclusion Criteria
- Pregnancy
- Clinically too ill (enlarged spleen or liver)
- Presence of gangrene
- Cancer
