- •male and female patients of 18-65 years
排除标准
- •history of hypersensitivity or allergic reaction to melatonin or zolpidem, patients with reported severe psychiatric illness,Having a NCCN Distress Thermometer score of more than 7, Documented present history of complex sleep behaviors,Documented history of substance dependence, Patients with history of obstructive sleep apnea, Patients taking concomitant opioid medication,Patients having comorbidities such as autoimmune diseases, bleeding disorders, dementia, severe decompensated hepatic failure and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, Pregnant or lactating patients and Failure to obtain informed consent.
