Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Women who diagnosed with endometriosis by ultrasound/laparoscopy.
- •Women who are not seeking infertility management
- •Women who are able to read and write Kannada
- •Women who are willing to practice yoga at home.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Women with psychiatric illness like psychotic and depression.
- •Women with physical abnormality like pelvic inflammatory disease.
- •Previous exposure to Yoga therapy.
