Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\)Newly diagnosed \& self\-reported cases of Hypertension on medication.
  • 2\)Able to follow verbal instructions.
  • 3\)Having adequate understanding of English or Hindi.
  • 4\)Able to sit without physical discomfort for 10 minutes.
  • 5\)Those having smart phone/smart devices and internet access

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\)Inability to independently provide informed consent.
  • 2\)Patients presenting with Hypertensive Emergency.
  • 3\)Already practicing any kind of pranayam.
  • 4\)Patients who at follow\-up practice nadhi shodham pranayam for \< 63 days.
