Inclusion Criteria
1 The patients having symptoms describe in charak samhita of sthaulya will be selected for the trial
2 Age between 30 to 60 years irrespective of gender and constitution
3 Patient fit for basti karma
4 BMI between 30 to 35 will be selected
5 Patient willing to participate in trial
6 Patient with central and generalized obesity are included
Exclusion Criteria
1 Patient is not willing for trial
2 Patients suffering from systemic diseases like k/c/o
Hypertension
DM
Asthma
Chronic diseases like Cancer Kochs HIV will be excluded from the study
3 Pregnant and lactating womens
4 Patients unfit for basti karma
