Sandhigat vata (Osteoarthritis) is one of the degenerative diseases nowadays. Osteoarthritis is the most prevalent and leading cause of pain and disability in most countries worldwide. Our ancient Acharyas of Ayurveda explained various important properties of Herbal drugs in Samhitas & Nighantus. Ayurved has many treatment options for Osteoarthritis. With the help of this topic, we are going to assess the effect of the Rasnadi guggul and Shallaki on essential Sandhigat vata. Though the prevalence of sandhigat vata is increasing constantly, there is less previous research work done in Ayurveda as compared to prevalence. So this is the humble attempt to do research work with Rasnadi guggul and Shallaki on Sandhigat vata which may be useful to overcome this problem. If these treatments can be started at the beginning of the symptoms, the degeneration can be prevented.

入选标准
- •Patients diagnosed with osteoarthritis(Sandhigat vata) 1)Age: 30 years to 70 years of age 2)Gender: Male & female 3)Signs and symptoms of pain, swelling, crepitus, tenderness, stiffness, painful movements etc.
- •Patients without any anatomical deformity.
排除标准
- •Patients below 30 years and above 70 yrs of age.
- •Patients suffering from uncontrolled diabetes, Rheumatoid arthritis, Gouty arthritis, Psoriatic arthritis, Systemic lupus erythematosus, Bone TB, injuries and other systemic disorders etc.
