- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method
Main study parameters are hip pain, hip function and direct costs and

productivity costs. Hip pain and hip function are measured with the Hip

disability Osteoarthritis Outcome Score (HOOS). Direct costs are measured with

the modified Trimbos/iMTA Questionnaire for costs (TiC-P) questionnaire.

Productivity costs are measured with the Productivity and Disability (PRODISQ)

questionnaire. All scores are obtained at baseline and at 6 weeks, 3, 6, 9, 2

months follow-up.

- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method
Secondary study parameters measured with a questionnaire at baseline and at 6

weeks, 3, 6, 9, 12 months follow-up:

- Hip pain, measured with Numeric Rating Scale score (NRS; 0-10 scale).

- Hip pain, measured with the Intermittent and Constant Osteoarthritis Pain

(ICOAP) questionnaire.

- Perceived Recovery, measured with 7-point Likert scale.

- Quality of life, measured with EuroQol, EQ-5D.

Secondary study parameter measured with a physical examination at baseline and

at 12 months follow-up:

- Functional mobility, measured with timed Up and Go test.
