Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Adults more than 18 years receiving CPR in department of emergency medicine.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Traumatic
  • •2\.Prearrest IV steroid intake
  • •3\.Active upper GI bleed
  • •4\.Verbal consent not given by relatives
  • •5\.Patients showing signs of irreversible Cardiac arrest at presentation or where cardiopulmonary resuscitation cannot be done:
  • •a. Decapitation
  • •b. Decomposition
  • •c. Post\-mortem lividity
  • •d. Post\-mortem rigidity
  • •e. Burned beyond recognition
