Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Trapezius pain more than 3 months
- •2\.Subjects with grade 3 and 4 trapezius muscle tenderness based on â??Tenderness grading scaleâ??
- •3\.Presence of palpable taut band in trapezius muscle
- •4\.Subjects of either gender aged between 20\-40years
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Acute trapezitis
- •2\. Diagnosed disc pathology
- •3\. Diagnosed degenerative lesion involving cervical spine.
- •4\. Diagnosed with Neurological disorder involving cervical spine.
- •Previous upper limb injury or surgery
