- •1.Trapezius pain more than 3 months
- •2.Subjects with grade 3 and 4 trapezius muscle tenderness based on â??Tenderness grading scaleâ??
- •3.Presence of palpable taut band in trapezius muscle
- •4.Subjects of either gender aged between 20-40years
排除标准
- •1. Acute trapezitis
- •2. Diagnosed disc pathology
- •3. Diagnosed degenerative lesion involving cervical spine.
- •4. Diagnosed with Neurological disorder involving cervical spine.
- •Previous upper limb injury or surgery
