Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Trapezius pain more than 3 months
  • •2\.Subjects with grade 3 and 4 trapezius muscle tenderness based on â??Tenderness grading scaleâ??
  • •3\.Presence of palpable taut band in trapezius muscle
  • •4\.Subjects of either gender aged between 20\-40years

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Acute trapezitis
  • •2\. Diagnosed disc pathology
  • •3\. Diagnosed degenerative lesion involving cervical spine.
  • •4\. Diagnosed with Neurological disorder involving cervical spine.
  • •Previous upper limb injury or surgery
