Inclusion Criteria
healthy neonates, gestational age of 32-36 weeks according to mother's last period; within 10 days of birth; breathing without assistance, not receiving sedatives or analgesics, not having undergone surgery; no birth trauma; willing and able to hold their infant in the KMC position for the study, signing informed consent
Exclusion criteria: respiratory distress during the test, sharp drop in oxygen saturation (drop below 85%)

Name Time Method Pain of heel stick blood sample. Timepoint: 30, 60, 90, 120 seconds after heel stick. Method of measurement: Premature Infant Pain (PIPP).
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Heart rate and transcutaneous oxygen saturation. Timepoint: 0, 60, 90, 120 seconds after heel stick. Method of measurement: Nellcor Pulse -oximeter.
