Inclusion Criteria
Complex Kidney Stones; Classification Guys 3 or 4; Indication of percutaneous surgery
Exclusion Criteria
Contraindication for percutaneous nephrolithotripsy; Ipsilateral or contralateral ureteral calculus; Bladder calculus

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Mean difference of patients free of calculations at the end of treatment less than 15% between the groups, evaluated by computed tomography
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Difference in mean surgical time between groups over 30 minutes, evaluated intraoperatively by marking surgical times.;Difference in the total number of complications between the groups over 5%, evaluated through Computed Tomography performed in the first postoperative period.;Reduction of renal calculi volume by surgical time greater than 10% between the groups, evaluated by the calculation of the volumetry of the computed tomography in the first postoperative period.
