Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Badminton players participating at National or International level and playing badminton for five or more years. They should be training for minimum twenty hours per week. Players should not have any present complaints of pain or discomfort, which could affect movements during play. Players should have a shoe size (UK) seven, eight, nine and ten.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Players who have a history of musculoskeletal injury to ligaments, tendons or soft tissues within the last two months; or those who are returning to play the sport after a reconstruction surgery or conservatively managed injury within last two months will be excluded.
