Inclusion Criteria
Presence of broad consent (UKSH, Lübeck) or a signed declaration of consent (BG Klinikum Hamburg) and the installation of an arterial catheter for intraoperative blood sampling, which is necessary for the planned procedure anyway.
Exclusion Criteria
Thalassemia, hemochromatosis, simultaneous therapy with methylene blue and indigocarmine, incapacity to consent.
