Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1Middle age adolescence who are studying in higher secondary schools aged between 15\-17 years at Arakonam.
- •2Middle age adolescence who are willing to participate in the study
- •3Able to understand English and Tamil
- •4Both genders are included in the study
- •5BMI above 50th percentile
Exclusion Criteria
- •1Middle age adolescence who are sick
- •2Middle age adolescence who are practicing in weight management
- •3Middle age adolescence whose sibling or relatives studying in other schools will be selected for the study
- •4Middle age adolescence who is below 50th percentile or underweight
