1. Patients diagnosed as per the criteria for mild and moderate depression as per ICD 10.
2. Age between 18 to 60 years.
3. Patients of either gender, irrespective of socioeconomic status.
4. Patients ready to sign an informed consent form.
1. Patients with other psychiatric disorders like Schizophrenia, Bipolar mood disorder, and substance abuse.
2. Patients with severe depressive disorder.
3. Pregnant women.
4. Patients with other systemic disorders like uncontrolled Hypertension, Diabetes mellitus, Tuberculosis.
