Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Adults aged >18 years
- •Patients with Type 2 diabetes
- •Patients under treatment for T2DM.
- •HbA1c at baseline > 9.5%
- •Patients who are willing to give written informed consent
- •Patient with adequate knowledge to use a smartphone without assistance.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patient with Type 1 Diabetes
- •Gestational diabetes
- •Patients with Latent autoimmune diabetes in adults (LADA)
- •Patients who refused to give written informed consent
- •Patients who are unable to use smartphones without
- •assistance.
