- Cephalic presentation
- Women who will accept to participate in the study

- Non-cephalic presentation
- Congenital fetal anomalies
- Multiple pregnancy
- Preterm caesarean < 37 weeks
- Cases with marked adhesions obscuring the lower uterine segment thickness
