Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •\* ASA physical status 1\-3
- •\* Age: 19\-80 years old
- •\* Patients scheduled for major spinal surgery in the prone position
Exclusion Criteria
- •\* denial of consent
- •\* Body mass index: less than 15kg/m2 or more than 35kg/m2
- •\* Those with poorly controlled hypertension, hyperthyroidism, or severe or severe heart disease
- •\* Patients with contraindications to remimazolam such as severe liver disease, acute narrow\-angle glaucoma, shock or coma, acute alcoholism, etc.
- •\* Those who are allergic to propofol or midazolam
- •\* Those who are judged inappropriate by medical staff to participate in the trial for other reasons
