Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •People with bilateral plantar flexor weakness following cauda equina lesion
- •All patients with traumatic or non\-traumatic cauda equina cause
- •Able to walk independently without physical assistance(walking index score for spinal cord injury version II level 20\)
- •Less than 2 years post injury
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with calcaneal ulcers
- •Patients with neuropathic ankle joint
- •Severe dorsiflexor tightness
- •Any premorbid or congenital lower limb deformities
