1. Age between 20-60 years old, male or female;
2. Repeated lumbar or (and) lumbosacral pain history, no specific spinal lesions and nerve root symptoms;
3. Course of disease >=3 months;
4. X lines and/or CT, MRI, etc. showed no obvious abnormalities;
5. All patients were able to work during the trial period;
6. Those who voluntarily join the trial and sign the informed consent form.
1. Previous history of lumbar trauma and surgery;
2. Imaging findings of patients with spinal bone tumors, tuberculosis, osteoporosis;
3. Positive signs of the nervous system;
4. Combined with cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hematopoietic, digestive system and other serious diseases or mental patients;
5. Pregnant and lactating women;
6. Should not be used for MRI.
