Inclusion Criteria
Open heart surgery patients with at least one chest tube
The patient should be alert and awake and not having a ventilator device.
The patient is willing to participate in the study.
Minimum age of 20 years and maximum of 75 years
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with a history of cognitive and mental problems
Patients with severe hearing impairment
