Inclusion Criteria

Healthy (ASA I) patients of either gender between (18-40) years of age

Radiographically diagnosed with large cyst like periapical lesion >10mm associated

with maximum two maxillary anterior teeth.

Minimal marginal bone height of 2-3 mm.

Acceptable periodontal status (probing depth <4mm).

Exclusion Criteria

Patients with systemic conditions which could compromise the healing.

Cysts of non-odontogenic origin.

Apico-marginal defect.

Developmental anomaly of a tooth (palate gingival groove, dilaceration, PCO etc.;)

Cervical & External root resorption.

Non restorable and teeth with vertical root fractures.

Patients not willing to participate in the study.

To evaluate the clinical and CBCT outcome of maxillary anterior large cyst like <br/ ><br>periapical lesion (LCPL 200mm2) of endodontic origin. <br/ ><br>a) Treated with intentional replantation. <br/ ><br>b) Treated with periapical surgery.Timepoint: Patients evaluated at baseline; after treatment for 1 week; 1 month and followed up for 6 months and 1 year
