Inclusion Criteria
In favor of generating a coherent and well organisable sample size, participants from three classes of osteopathic medical students at the Osteopathie Schule Deutschland (OSD) were acquired as probands.
Exclusion Criteria
Subject exhibiting neuromuscular diseases (e.g. Parkinson's, multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, polyneuropathy, myopathy) were excluded from trial participation.

Name Time Method For evaluation of muscle tone several biomechanical and viscoelastic properties of the all three muscles will be measured before and after treatment using the MyotonPro®.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The assessment of potential stress relation will be examined one week before the first treatment and one week after the last treatment using the German version of the Perceived Stress Scale-10.
