- •2\. Metallic bracket type of orthodontic system
- •3\. Subjects should have a smartphone.
- •4\. Subjects should able to be online daily.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Subjects with any systemic disorders.
- •2\. Subjects on restrictive dietary regimen.
- •3\. Difficulties in understanding English language
